Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying their day and is ready for the weekend! :)
If any of you have seen that I have died my hair (I have written multiple posts about it), then you know that I have to now be careful with how many times I wash my hair. Since I died it a pinkish color, the actual color will only stay bright for about two or so weeks. What I recently found out is that it's better to wash my hair with just conditioner for the first couple times, and then I need to take more time in between my washes (not showers but washes).
I tend to wash my hair about every other day, so for me, my hair begins to get oily around the end of the second day. However, since I am now going to need to wash my hair less now, I was going to need to suffer through about a day of oily hair. I absolutely hate having oily hair, so that was not going to fly very well for me. Almost immediately, I went to Target (of course) and went on the hunt for dry shampoo. Now, I am not the type of person who buys very expensive beauty products, especially when I don't know how well they work, and it usually ends up that the cheaper product works better anyways. Lucky for me though, Suave has dry shampoo, and it's only just under three dollars! That was perfect! I bought the dry shampoo and tried it out!
Overall, I really like it! It's definitely not the holy grail of dry shampoos, but it gets the job done and does it well. I also find it beneficial how it doesn't leave much of that white residue on my roots, and what it does leave rubs in really well. I have had plenty that make me look like I have grey roots (I think we have all bought one of those brands before). Plus, it smells so good! Usually if a product smells good, then it automatically has bonus points from me!
I for sure think that if you are looking for an inexpensive dry shampoo, then you should try this one out! However, if you know of any product you just really love and want to share, please do! I enjoy taking recommendations and trying out new products!
