For today's post, I am going to be branching off one of the guest posts I did for Sarah on SarahPags. It was about my favorite quotes I have found recently, and I always find myself going back to. Well, I thought that there are so many quotes in the world and definitely a lot in my favorites, so I would share with you some other ones!
**I'm going to start off with this one because I feel like now a days everyone is just so focused on getting to the top. Yes, having success is all nice and dandy, but we can never let that cause us to lose ourselves or become someone we never intended to be. Also, if you are one of the ones who has multiple bumps to get over, then don't let that keep you from moving forward. Everyone fails, and it's more than okay to.
**As I get older, this quote seems to become more relevant. Now that I am in college and beginning to have to make certain decisions about life and my future, I find that everyone likes to put their opinions in no matter what. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was little, and as I got older, I had many people telling me that teaching may not be the right choice and that I should have a back up. I almost got the point where I didn't want to pursue teaching anymore, but thankfully, I realized it's my life and my happiness. I need to do what I love and that makes me smile the biggest everyday!
**I am definitely the type of person who doesn't mind having the newest, nicest gadget out on the market today or getting the best clothing, but I have come to realize that those things aren't the most important. This quote reminds me to almost step back and look at all the small things I tend to over look during the day and just enjoy them. In the end, the only thing that matters is happiness, not stress caused by things that are unnecessary.
**I really like this quote because it reminds me to work hard for what I really want in life. There are very few people who just get what they want from being lucky. If you look at everyone who has been reaching their goals and achieving their dreams, you will see that each one of those people have worked their butts off to get there. For instance, with blogging many people start, expecting way more than they actually get, when in reality all those bloggers that have success have worked so hard to earn it.
Well, there you go! There is part two to my favorite quotes! I may or may not do a part three. We'll see! I hope you have an amazing rest of your day! :)
