With Summer coming just around the corner, I always try to find super simple recipes that I can just throw together to eat. I'm usually always up to something, so I don't have time to sit down and make a huge meal for lunch. Recently, I found someone who made these lettuce wraps, and I thought they were perfect! They are super light, mostly healthy, and definitely yummy. :)
For these you can pretty much use whatever you really want in the lettuce. Like I have seen use avocados, grapes, strawberries. It just all depends on what you prefer, so this is just what I like to use. Okay, so I had butter lettuce, turkey, cheese slices, and a cucumber! I also added just a splash of Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing on top just to add just a bit more flavor. :)
