I have decided that since I am trying (still not succeeding) at eating healthier that I needed a quick little something when I need more fruits in my life. Luckily, I came across a super, duper easy smoothie that will literally take you maybe five minutes at most to make! It has tons of different fruits in it and tastes extra yummy! :) I'm not sure what to call it, so for now I'll just call it my uber delicious smoothie!
All you need to make this is three ingredients and obviously a blender of some sort! The ingredients are frozen fruits (any type your little heart desires), bananas, and almond milk (sometimes I use orange juice instead to give it a little extra flavor).
Then you put it all in your blender (I have a cool little ninja, so I make a single serving when I want one). Now you mix it all up! A couple minutes later, you have yourself a smoothie ready to go! :) Told you that was easy!
